How soon can you come out?
We schedule service visits within 3 days of your request, and often sooner. Call or send a request and we will confirm a time that works for you.
Do you tell me the price before starting?
Yes. We diagnose the problem first and give you a written quote. No repair or install starts until you approve it.
How often should my system be serviced?
Once a year for each side is the usual rule: air conditioning in spring before the heat, and heating in fall before it gets cold. Regular service keeps efficiency up and catches small problems early.
Should I repair or replace my AC?
It depends on the system's age, the cost of the repair and how often it has failed. We will lay out both options with prices so you can decide.
Are your technicians licensed?
Yes. Work is done by licensed, trained technicians, matched to the job you need.
Do you work on ductless mini-splits?
Yes. We install, repair and maintain ductless split systems for both cooling and heating.
